Fitness Suite

The fitness suite also opened in January 2009. The 21 exercise stations are provided by Pulse Fitness, incorporating their wireless audio-visual system. A mix of cardio-vascular machines and weights stations provides an excellent total body workout. All equipment, other than the treadmills, is self generating, again minimising environmental impact.
